Who are we and what do we do?

RacquetBox is a monthly or quarterly subscription service that delivers fresh equipment to you on a timely manner. We know how your play can suffer from using that old glove for far too long, or how annoying that doubles partner is when they’re overprotective of that bald blue ball you’ve been using for the last 50 games. That’s why we’re here, to make sure you are kept up to stock on the basic racquetball necessities to keep you at the top of your game.


What kind of items are included?

A typical box will include a glove of your choosing, at least 3 racquetballs, the USA Racquetball magazine, and one to four, or more, additional items chosen to help you improve your racquetball game and keep you playing.

Other items that might be included in a box are racquet grips and wraps, string, athletic apparel, glove liners, bandanas, and other sports/fitness related items. A few times a year we'll swap out the glove for something of similar value, such as eye guards.

Pricing

RacquetBox starts at a base price of $28.99 a month. Quarterly subscriptions start at $38.99 and includes bonus balls or other equipment to raise the value.

Since you have the option to choose your glove, prices may vary by glove selection. These selections will not typically impact the other content in your box.


How much is each box worth?

Each monthly box will have a retail value of at least $40 while the quarterly boxes will be higher.


Do I have to pay sales taxes?

Shipments to Michigan will be subject to Michigan sales tax.


I want the quarterly option, but why is it more expensive?

Not only do we feel that our monthly subscribers should receive a slight discount to the quarterly price, our quarterly box also includes additional bonus items like additional balls or other equipment which increase the value.


Does everyone get the same box?

We’ll do our best to make sure the boxes within a month are consistent with each other. Contents will likely vary between the monthly and quarterly box shipped out that month. Other content discrepancies will be based on product inventory.


I already selected a glove. Can I change my selection?

Contact us on facebook or through our contact page and we’ll have your subscription updated.


What kind of racquetball balls will you be including?

We give you the opportunity to select the exact racquetballs you would like. We suggest that you select the “Mix em Up!!” option so that we provide you a variety. This will allow you to play with a number of different racquetballs, which will prepare you for whatever comes your way.


My preferred glove wasn’t an option.

We know we don’t offer every glove option, but we’ve made an effort to provide as many options as possible while giving you the flexibility to choose amongst a variety of brands and styles. We are watching customer feedback for future glove options to add, so let us know on facebook or through our contact page so we have your input!


What are your shipping fees?

We charge a flat rate of $6 for shipping to anywhere in the United States via USPS.


Will you ship internationally?

We don’t ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the United States and would like a subscription to RacquetBox, please contact us to let us know we’re wanted!


When will I be charged and when will I receive my RacquetBox?

Payment methods will be charged around the first of the month and you should expect to receive your box in second or third week of the month.


Can I return my RacquetBox for a refund?

If there’s a problem with your RacquetBox, please contact us and we’ll sort it out on a case by case basis.


My glove is the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

If there’s a problem with your RacquetBox, please contact us and we’ll sort it out on a case by case basis.


How do I cancel?

We hate to see you go, but you can pause your subscription on the “My Orders” page.


Can I give a gift subscription?

We are not offering gift subscriptions at this time. We’re looking into being able to offer this type of feature soon, so stay tuned.


Can I skip a delivery?

Currently we are not offering the the ability to skip a shipment.
